Best Ways to Ease Muscle Pain

Hey guys, this post is more toward your physical health which will in turn aid in your mental and emotional health.

If you have read some of my other post you will have read that I have back pain and have had it for a while. My issue is not so much my alignment in my back, but my muscles constantly staying tight and not relaxing. So below are my helpful hints to make my body feel better.

Exercising – I have began to walk/run at least 4 days a week. I do not do anything super crazy, no heavy lifting. Just cardio. This helps with loosening up your muscles, while also tiring them out so that when you go to sleep you can rest well at night.

Massaging – If you are like me you don’t have the money to pay for a massage every week or anything, so this is what I discovered that is truly amazing.

This Pure-Wave Massage Stick is seriously the best thing ever. It is totally worth spending the money on. This particular Pure-Wave Massage Stick comes with 3 massage tips. A point stick (for deeper, more targeted massages), 6-head stick and Air-Cushion Stick. When I bought this massage stick I was super skeptical because deep tissue massages work best for me and I was worried that this would not have enough power to actually loosen my muscles. Boy was I wrong. This little massage stick has soooo much power and it has a rechargeable battery that lasts forever. I use the Point Stick the most because it is much more targeted on my muscles. After every use you can feel how much more relaxed your muscles are. I have had it for 2 weeks now and can tell how much it has helped my muscles because of how it feels when I use it now compared to when I first got it.

This is something I would recommend to anyone. My family and friends love this as well, most of them are buying one for themselves. You do not have to spend a ton of money to relieve your tense muscles.

Stretching – It is obviously a common form of muscle relaxation to stretch your muscles. I would suggest looking up basic yoga techniques for achy muscles and the area you are looking to target.

With these 3 points given, when used together I promise you your muscles will feel MUCH better. Try it out, don’t forget to take care of yourself, don’t neglect yourself!
